A full inventory list is provided either post-tour or upon request. 

~ Venue rental includes set-up time, the duration of your event, and time for clean-up and breakdown.

~A conference room, situated on the 2nd floor, features mirrors and plug outlets, offering versatility as a green room or changing area. Attached are private bathrooms and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a full fridge, sink, microwave, and table. 

~ The kitchenette doubles as a prep area, providing all necessary amenities for your convenience. Although there's no stove or oven, cooking is typically not conducted onsite. Additionally, a cozy sitting area on the 3rd floor provides further comfort, with accessible bathrooms nearby.

~ We pride ourselves on our exclusive booking policy, ensuring only one event per day for a stress-free experience. You have the flexibility to communicate your preferred setup time, providing ultimate convenience. Weddings and receptions enjoy full-day access (12 hours), while private events have half-day access (6 hours), allowing you to make the most of your special occasion.

~ Enjoy the freedom to curate your perfect event by selecting your own vendor team, ensuring every aspect of your vision is brought to life exactly as you envision it.

~ Tours take about 15- 30 minutes, depending on walkthrough time & questions.

With its versatile blank canvas aesthetic, selecting your ideal spot to exchange vows is effortless at our venue. Each room, boasting exposed brick and stunning wooden backdrops, offering a picturesque setting for your ceremony. Afterward, our dedicated team seamlessly transitions the space from ceremony to reception, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience of hosting both events in one convenient location!

RECEPTIONS & PARTIES

Our adaptable space accommodates gatherings of 50-80 guests comfortably, leaving ample room for a dance floor, while still exuding warmth and intimacy for smaller groups. Equipped with a house sound system, we seamlessly cater to various musical arrangements, from small bands to DJs, ensuring all electrical requirements are met with ease.

6-Hour Venue Rental

WEEKDAYS: Sunday - Thursday: $600 

WEEKENDS: Friday-Saturday: $800 

Use of Space: 4 hours of event time. Complimentary 1-hour allotted before & after for setup/cleanup. 

Venue Host (depending on availability & client needs): acclimate room, assist with setting up the venue, assist with venue lighting needs, and empty trash / light cleaning during the event.

Tables, Seating, Linens, Furniture, & Decor: Enjoy the comprehensive inventory included with our venue.

Event Insurance: Covering liabilities, BYOB, Open Vendor, and Potluck Style Options. 

12-Hour Venue Rental

WEEKDAYS: Sunday - Thursday: $900 

WEEKENDS: Friday-Saturday: $1,200

Use of Space: The entire day is reserved exclusively for your setup needs.

Rehearsal Time & Planning: We offer a complimentary day dedicated to running through your ceremony, ensuring a stress-free experience. Clients can also utilize this time as a planning session to meticulously map out the details of their big day.

Venue Host (depending on availability & client needs): acclimate room, assist with setting up the venue, assist with venue lighting needs, flip the room from ceremony to reception,  and empty trash / light cleaning during the event.

Tables, Seating, Linens, Furniture, & Decor: Enjoy the comprehensive inventory included with our venue. 

Event Insurance: Covering liabilities, BYOB, Open Vendor, and Potluck Style Options.

Offering Discounts To

1. TOUR & INITIAL CONSULTATION

First, we'll guide you through the space, allowing you to envision the flow of your event. We'll discuss available dates, and expected guest count, explore our inventory, and design the layout of tables, seating, and furniture. Following this, we can send a detailed proposal for your review.

2. REVIEW & REVISE OUR CONTRACT 

Once you've reviewed the proposal and our contract, we'll work closely with you to address any additional needs or adjustments. We'll revise the event scope accordingly, ensuring that the final plan perfectly aligns with all of your requirements.

3. BOOKING

Once you've determined that we're the perfect fit for your event, we require a 50% deposit for the space along with a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. If a contract remains unsigned, we'll reach out to you if another party expresses interest in your date. Following the proposal, you'll have one week to proceed with booking, otherwise, the date will be released to other interested parties.

4. ENJOY YOUR EVENT DAY

THINGS TO NOTE 

  • Pricing listed above excludes taxes & service fees.

  • Pricing breakdowns can be provided upon request prior to touring the venue.

  • Payments are conveniently processed through our secure online portal. Upon booking and signing the contract, 50% of the total amount is due, with the remaining 50% charged or paid one month prior to your event.

  • Payments can also be made in full. 

  • Private events are allocated a total of 6 hours, giving you the flexibility to use this time as you see fit.

  • Subject to venue availability, arranging setup the day prior to your event is an option for weddings and private events.
